By accessing or using the Bihar Recruitment Portal (“the Portal”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Portal.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered candidates, departments and other users of the Portal.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep your profile up to date. Each candidate may maintain only one account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Applications must be submitted before the published deadline. Incomplete applications or those with incorrect information may be rejected without notice.
Application fees, where applicable, are payable online and are generally non-refundable except as expressly provided in the relevant recruitment notification or refund policy.
You agree not to misuse the Portal, including attempting unauthorised access, uploading malicious code, submitting fraudulent documents, or impersonating any person or authority.
Any attempt to manipulate the recruitment process, results, or payments is strictly prohibited and may lead to disqualification and legal action.
All content on the Portal — including text, graphics, logos and software — is the property of the Government of Bihar / BSMDO and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written permission.
The Portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
The Government of Bihar / BSMDO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Portal.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.
